An overall needs analysis is carried out at the first contact. Thanks to our long experience and experienced executive recruiters, we can quickly understand the needs and advise on any questions or concerns.
Based on the needs analysis, we create, preferably together with the customer in real time, a requirements profile that defines requirements for skills and experience. The requirements profile then forms the basis for the continued process through dialogue with candidates, candidate presentations, reference taking and follow-up during the interim assignment.
Interim recruitment has to be fast. The secret is to have a large network of candidates with up-to-date information on their skills and availability. We have that at Brightmill. To find the best candidates, we always rely on our own network of carefully selected candidates across Sweden, Denmark and Germany. We work quickly and efficiently thanks to our proprietary system support that makes us spot-on and time-efficient.
In order to make the selection process as efficient as possible, we use our digital profile tool to compare candidates' competences with the requirements profile. This allows us to ensure the objectivity of the selection and that the candidates contacted have a relevant profile.
At Brightmill, we work exclusively with competence-based recruitment. The responsible executive recruiter interviews the candidates and prepares a clear candidate profile to complement the candidate's CV. Brightmill presents the most interesting candidates to the client.
The client interviews selected candidates and selects their final candidate.
Background checks are carried out on all candidates we present. Reference checks are carried out by Brightmill on the final candidate. It is also based on the requirements profile and supplemented by a series of generic questions that are compiled in writing in an easy-to-understand format.
Contracts are signed digitally with the client and then with the consultant. Brightmill also provides assistance with start-up and onboarding.

The candidates in our network are located across Sweden, Denmark and Germany. It is also common for us to have consultants who commute weekly during assignments.
We never advertise our assignments; instead, we exclusively use search as a tool. If desired, we can draw up a confidentiality agreement at the time of the assignment inquiry. We can also sign confidentiality agreements with candidates who are so far in the recruitment process that it becomes necessary to share confidential information with them.
We are usually able to get back to you within 24 hours with initial feedback on potential candidates. Overall, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to present candidates we have interviewed based on the requirements profile for the specific assignment.
Our goal is never to present as many candidates as possible, but rather to only present the two to three absolute best candidates for the assignment.

As these are normally line positions, a full-time solution is usually required. Regardless, we are usually able to find consultants interested in part-time assignments, even if the selection of candidates is smaller.
We do not have any start-up costs or fixed fee levels, but the hourly rate (or daily rate) is determined based on each individual interim assignment in dialog with the client and the consultant.
We do not charge a recruitment fee, but we can provide a quote with an estimated market price for the specific interim role before we start the recruitment assignment. Otherwise, you will always receive the hourly (or daily) rate for each candidate we present.
No. Above all, as an interim agency with a large network of candidates, we are able to expose each assignment inquiry for competition. This means that we make a selection of qualified candidates who are interested in the assignment under the conditions given by the client.
Some consultants are only interested in working on a contractual basis, while others are open to the possibility of the assignment turning into a permanent position. The recruitment fee is determined based on how long the consultant has been hired and the salary level the person receives as a permanent employee.
No, we specialize in interim placements. In the end, as much as about 15% of our assignments lead to permanent employment, even if that is not the plan from the beginning.
It is extremely rare that it doesn’t work well. Should this happen, we have a well-established process to manage the situation to ensure appropriate delivery and, if necessary, to replace the consultant.
