Our HR consultants are mainly hired for interim assignment in line roles such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner and HR Specialist, but we have also helped many clients with other specialist competencies such as Comp & Ben and payroll. At Brightmill, we’ve been working for over a decade to bring interim managers and senior specialists to our clients. This means that we have long and broad experience that we are happy to share. A close dialog with our customers creates the conditions for stable delivery.

We have a structured work process to ensure quality at all stages. In addition, we have developed a system support specifically designed to support the work of our executive recruiters. In order to find the right candidate, we make sure to create a consensus with the customer about requirements and needs. We do this by developing a requirements profile in our digital profiling tool. In this way, we can easily define and weight different competences and other requirements.

Our recruitment process includes all the mandatory steps of a permanent recruitment process, but is carried out in a fraction of the time it takes to do one. We usually say that we can have a consultant on site within two weeks of receiving the assignment inquiry. But it can also be much faster.

Our work process

An overall needs analysis is carried out at the first contact. Thanks to our long experience and experienced executive recruiters, we can quickly understand the needs and advise on any questions or concerns.

Based on the needs analysis, we create, preferably together with the customer in real time, a requirements profile that defines requirements for skills and experience. The requirements profile then forms the basis for the continued process through dialogue with candidates, candidate presentations, reference taking and follow-up during the interim assignment.

Interim recruitment has to be fast. The secret is to have a large network of candidates with up-to-date information on their skills and availability. We have that at Brightmill. To find the best candidates, we always rely on our own network of carefully selected candidates across Sweden, Denmark and Germany. We work quickly and efficiently thanks to our proprietary system support that makes us spot-on and time-efficient.

In order to make the selection process as efficient as possible, we use our digital profile tool to compare candidates' competences with the requirements profile. This allows us to ensure the objectivity of the selection and that the candidates contacted have a relevant profile.

At Brightmill, we work exclusively with competence-based recruitment. The responsible executive recruiter interviews the candidates and prepares a clear candidate profile to complement the candidate's CV. Brightmill presents the most interesting candidates to the client.

The client interviews selected candidates and selects their final candidate.

Background checks are carried out on all candidates we present. Reference checks are carried out by Brightmill on the final candidate. It is also based on the requirements profile and supplemented by a series of generic questions that are compiled in writing in an easy-to-understand format.

Contracts are signed digitally with the client and then with the consultant. Brightmill also provides assistance with start-up and onboarding.

Raise the level of knowledge

One way to raise the level of knowledge in a team is to bring in a temporary solution in the form of a consultant. All our interim consultants have verified long managerial or specialist experience and often solid industry experience. They often have a good understanding of the challenges that may exist in a particular type of business and can therefore make specific suggestions on how best to address different challenges.

Most of the candidates in our network want full-time assignments. However, there are those who prefer part-time work and combine several assignments. Part-time assignments may mean that the selection of candidates is slightly more limited.

The price is determined together with the candidate based on the assignment and the client. We always try to expose our candidates for competition in order to be as cost-effective as possible. Contracts are signed first with the client and then with the candidate. Contract signing is done digitally.

We are happy to provide a quote describing our work process and giving an indicative price range for the interim role in question before we start the recruitment assignment We always present our candidates with hourly or daily rates.

Yes, all our executive recruiters work with competence-based recruitment. We also have digital tools and a work process that supports the competence-based approach in the recruitment process.
