Strong partnerships.
It has been a pleasure to receive help that is more qualified than expected.
Christopher Kiaer Thomsen, HCP
InvitedHave had an open dialogue with Brightmill (Søren Selnæs), who quickly came up with a list of qualified candidates. The selected candidate has been able to solve all the practical tasks with a very high quality, has brought a broad knowledge within HR and local Swedish legislation, was up and running immediately and has been able to provide both general HR guidance and strategic input for the various tasks.

How to find the right quality manager
So that we can find the right candidate for each customer, we want to have a consensus with the customer on the profile they are looking for right from the start of the assignment. We obtain this by developing a requirements profile together with the customer. We use our proprietary digital profile tool that allows us to define and assess competences in real time. Once the requirements profile is set, we start searching for the right candidates.
At Brightmill we work exclusively with search. This means that we source candidates who we believe match the requirements profile. We then carry out a recruitment process with quality assurance interviews, background checks, customer interviews and reference checks. Brightmill’s recruitment processes are characterized by efficiency, professionalism and dialogue.
Constantly updated network
With suitable candidates in our network and Brightmill’s well-proven approach, we have created unique conditions to provide our clients with the right consultants. We know that the market’s interim candidates are careful when choosing which companies they want to work with. By offering our candidates interesting and challenging assignments, we can attract the best candidates on the market. This allows us to meet our customers’ needs.
The candidates in our network are carefully selected to match the jobs we provide. Of course, Brightmill’s candidates are located country-wide – just like our customers.
Our promise to you as a customer
When you engage Brightmill, you can expect a fast-paced, structured and communicative collaboration. Our executive recruiters are experienced and have worked for a long time in competence-based recruitment for interim roles. Through our digital tools, we can effectively build consensus on our clients’ needs from the very beginning of the recruitment process.
At Brightmill we work actively to ensure that you as a customer feel involved throughout the process. We are happy to provide advice and tips along the way. Thanks to rigorous quality control, we know that our methods are effective. Therefore, we can guarantee that you get the results you want.
Creating value with an interim manager
An interim manager is an experienced consultant with long line experience and (often) industry knowledge. A person who can bring new perspectives while offering a safe delivery of knowledge and leadership. Do you need an experienced manager for a limited time period? Get in touch with us at Brightmill and we will make sure to find the competence you are looking for!
A common misconception is that interim assignments are always about managing the existing business. This may be the case, but bringing in an interim manager is an effective way to create value and development for the company. We have seen many examples of this during our years as interim management specialists.
