Our way of working
With 15 years of market experience, we have refined a methodology where powerful, data-driven search meets deep human craftsmanship. We work exclusively through search to reach both active and passive candidates, and we apply a competence-based recruitment methodology to ensure an objective and quality-assured evaluation of both managers and senior specialists. We follow strict internal rules and industry agreements to guarantee transparency and structure in every process.
Responsibility and code of conduct
Brightmill is covered by the Broviken Group’s code of conduct, which provides guidance on how we act in everyday situations—in relation to employees, clients and other stakeholders. The code of conduct is based on the UN’s 10 principles for responsible business and includes, among other things:

- Health, working environment and safety: We must have a safe working environment and encourage reporting of deficiencies and risks.

Sustainability is a natural part of how we work. Within the Broviken Group, sustainability efforts are carried out in a structured way and cover environmental and social perspectives as well as responsible business conduct. In practice, this means that we:

Information security and privacy
We handle information with great care. Confidential information—such as business information, personal data and other sensitive data—is protected against unauthorised access and disclosure. Information belonging to external parties is protected just as carefully as our own. When we process personal data, we do so responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
Whistleblowing and reporting
We want it to feel safe to speak up. Suspected misconduct or violations must be able to be reported without fear of negative consequences, and reports are handled seriously and confidentially.
Governance and compliance
