By registering your profile, you become searchable to all our recruiters in every search process we run. Many candidates prefer a phone call to increase their visibility, but a call only reaches one individual. When you register with us, you instead become searchable to all our recruiters in every search process we run.

At Brightmill, you will never get lost in the crowd. Every new registration is reviewed manually by one of our experienced recruiters to ensure your competence is categorised correctly. As confirmation that your profile has been validated and activated, you will always receive personal feedback from us by email.

What is your availability?

We work in parallel with two different placement models. Your profile can be matched to both, but the conditions for being considered differ depending on your current situation.

  • Interim: For those who build their career through qualified assignments and can be available at short notice, for example when a current assignment is coming to an end. You can easily enter your availability date in your profile. As interim placements are often made within 1–3 weeks, you must not be tied to a permanent employment with a long notice period.
  • Employment: For those seeking the next permanent step in their career. Here, we match managers and senior specialists with permanent positions where notice periods are standard. We ensure you are presented with the right opportunities regardless of your current form of employment.

Brightmill works almost exclusively with search, which means we rarely publish our assignments as open advertisements. This means we focus our efforts on continuously matching our candidates to the specific needs our clients have.

We value your time as highly as our own. To ensure each meeting is as valuable as possible, we invite you to an interview only once we have identified a concrete match between your profile and a specific role. The main difference is availability; interim placement often requires that you can start within a week or so, while recruitment processes for permanent positions take your current notice period into account.

We offer flexible solutions where you can either invoice as a subcontractor or receive a fixed-term employment.

For interim assignments, you can choose to work through your own company or via a fixed-term employment with us.

Just as salaries vary between different positions, the fee for an assignment is based on responsibility, scope, and your previous experience. We believe in transparency and have an open dialogue about financial parameters early in each process.
