Common reasons:

  • Turnaround and change: Need for a leader with experience in implementing restructuring or reversing negative performance trends.
  • International expansion: Senior reinforcement to establish operations in new markets or manage foreign subsidiaries during a start-up phase.
  • Post-acquisition integration: An experienced leader who takes responsibility for coordinating processes and organization after completed acquisitions or mergers.

Whatever the reason, we help you secure the right profile and an approach that works in practice.
