Why whistleblowing?
At Brightmill, we strive to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct should not occur. It is therefore important to us that there is clear information on how to report confidentially and safely. By giving all staff and consultants the opportunity to whistleblowing, we uphold it together.
We use Visslan’s whistleblowing channel which ensures anonymity and high security. The whistleblowing system is group-wide, initiated by Broviken, and can be accessed by clicking here.
Who can report?
In simple terms, anyone can report misconduct who is or has been active within Brightmill AB.
What can be reported?
We encourage whistleblowers to report suspicions of wrongdoing within the company where it is in the public interest that it comes to light. You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
How is reporting handled?
Reporting is handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted and the file will be kept only as long as necessary. Our cases are handled by Advokatfirman Lindahl to guarantee independent handling of cases. The whistleblower system is group-wide at the initiative of Broviken, as part of the group-wide sustainability work being conducted.
