Brightmill’s clear focus on interim managers and senior specialists has given us a large network across Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Our qualified candidates are carefully selected to match the type of assignments we provide. We know that availability is a key issue in interim placements. Often it needs to be done quickly. That’s why we have created digital processes to stay informed about the availability of our candidates.

To ensure delivery in all our assignments, we work with competence-based recruitment. We have a proprietary digital profiling tool that allows us to define and weigh different competencies in real time together with the client. Our Code of Conduct

At Brightmill, all employees, including employed consultants and subcontractors, adhere to our Code of Conduct. It sets out how we act in everyday situations: sound business ethics, zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment, a safe work environment, responsibility for the environment and sustainability, integrity in information management, and clear handling of conflicts of interest. We provide annual training, require personal acknowledgement, and offer a whistleblowing channel to report suspected violations.
